About the role.
Lead remote review teams of 8–25 attorneys end-to-end. You set the tone for the team’s quality bar and act as the primary liaison between the review floor and the project manager.
What you’ll do.
- Lead daily standups, manage protocol questions, and run QC passes.
- Coordinate with PMs on staffing and throughput.
- Coach reviewers on calibration and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients on delegated calls.
What you bring.
- 1+ year team lead experience on document review projects.
- Comfortable in Relativity, Reveal, or DISCO.
- JD and bar admission strongly preferred.
