We built Managed Review because the standard options weren't good enough.

Most eDiscovery staffing is still a job-board business: post a project, collect résumés, deploy a team of strangers, hope it holds. It works until it doesn't — and when it doesn't, it's on a deadline, in front of opposing counsel, with a privileged document in the production set.

We built the opposite. A curated, calibrated bench we know and measure. Senior delivery leads who own the engagement end to end. Team leads who came up through review and know where the work breaks down. Audited infrastructure that doesn't need a footnote.

We run remote-first. Reviewers work on secure, audited infrastructure, so the bench we draw from isn't limited to who happens to live near a review center, and we can deploy a calibrated team quickly.

Some matters need more — a secure facility, an on-site protocol, a client's own environment. When yours does, we staff and run it on-site. Remote is the default; on-site is there when the work demands it.

Review runs on proprietary deployment infrastructure with a SOC 2 Type II attestation, renewed annually, and the reviewers are employed within that audited environment. Documentation is furnished on request as part of vendor onboarding.
