Document Review Project Manager — Remote
Own end-to-end review engagements across multiple matters. 3+ years PM experience.
About the role.
Senior project manager owning multiple concurrent review engagements. You scope, plan, supervise, and report on every phase — from kickoff to closeout.
What you’ll do.
- Scope new engagements and produce statements of work.
- Manage a portfolio of 2–4 active matters at any time.
- Direct team leads on staffing and throughput.
- Own client communications and weekly status reporting.
- Steward QC plans and defensibility.
What you bring.
- 3+ years project management on document review.
- Deep familiarity with Relativity, Reveal, or DISCO administration.
- Calm under deadline. Comfortable with AmLaw 100 partners.
- JD strongly preferred.
